We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The spacious and beautiful room located on the first floor had a huge corner balcony made of natural materials. We loved that this hotel is close enough to walk to the center of the city but far enough from nightlife noise. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the hotel provides transportation and parking. Additionally, the menu a'la carte had tasty dinners, and the breakfast was delightful.

We had a great stay at Alpenhof Kristall. the location was convenient, with the hotel situated right next to the main street of the old town. It was also easy to access the ski bus as it stopped right in front of the hotel. If we wanted to, we could even walk to the main ski lift in just 10-15 minutes through the main street. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. the spa area was also a nice addition to our stay. we found the hotel to be great value for money, especially for shorter stays with a fixed budget. Cons: Nothing for me! .

Our Easter vacation was incredible! The family that owned our accommodation was so delightful and friendly, they made us feel like we were amongst old friends. The dinners provided were delicious and even better than we expected. We had a room on the first floor with an outstanding large balcony that was the perfect spot for breakfast and sunset watching. The hotel's location was ideal - close to everything we wanted to visit, yet tucked away from the noise.
To be honest, we didn't have any negative experience at all. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely go back.
